The PNG originated from Jamaican Blue Mountain seeds planted at Sigri Coffee Estates in Papua New Guinea. This is a complex coffee with notes of green apple, honey, peach. The unique part of this coffee is the notes of starfruit present in its flavor profile.

** Freshness **

Whole bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months.  Ground coffee usually is best if used within two to three weeks.
