** Freshness **

Whole-bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months.  Ground coffee usually is best if used within four weeks.

Coffee Overview:  Costa-Rica Natural blended with ElSalvador Honeyed Process.

Process: Natural is when the coffee stays as a whole cherry and dried on concrete beds then stripped to the seed. Honeyed means when the coffee cherry is removed, but the sweet fruit pulp (mucilage) is left on the bean.
