Today we will be highlighting the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. This delicious coffee is one of the most complex flavor profiles we have. Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level, this 100% Arabica is considered Grade 1 Organic. It has notes of lemon, blueberry, orange, rose, and melon with a tea-like finish. Produced through the METAD (medical, education, training, and development) agricultural group, they provide post-harvest training and health benefits for their staff - 70% of whom are women.
This is a light roast 100% Arabica coffee bean that is perfect for a casual cup of coffee in the morning. This Costa Rica coffee bean has notes of chocolate, oranges, dates, and tangerines. We’re proud to provide premium coffees like these to our customers across the US.
There are many ways to prepare a great cup of coffee, depending on your preferences. Common preparations that we’ve heard work well for this type of coffee include Drip, French Roast, Aeropress, Pour over, and Espresso.

Whole-bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months. Ground coffee usually is best if used within two to three weeks.
