Brazil, a Certified Rainforest Alliance coffee, Our darkest roast! Also a Peaberry coffee. Viewed as a normal coffee by some, yet dark and mysterious to
others. Naturally processed from the Fazenda Do Salto farm at an altitude of 1080-1140 meters above sea level. Cupping notes of buttery, caramel, hazelnut and a brown sugar finish. Using a rotating warm and cold air drying procedure, allowing the moisture content to reach 11% before we receive the excellent beans we send to our clients. No bitter aftertaste in our coffees!

Colombia RA Excelso, using the washed process, is a delightful coffee! Sun dried on raised beds. From an elevation of 1600-2000 meters above sea level. Notes of Grape, Mandarin Orange, Lime & Honey. This coffee offers a citrus fruit character, natural sweetness and pleasantly creamy body. Time to mellow out and enjoy enjoy this fine coffee.
